Class Styles

Vinyasa

A dynamic class where movement becomes meditative, connecting breath and movement. Vinyasa guides you through graceful sequences that cultivate presence, fluidity, and inner calm.

Slow Flow

A gentle, mindful flow focusing on breath, alignment, and presence with longer holds of each posture. A balance of strength and surrender, Slow Flow encourages connection to, and trust in the body.

Yin & Oils

Our restful and nurturing yin class is enhanced by the addition of essential oils in the form of oil spritzes, head massages (with permission), general aromas and more. This is a beautiful sensory addition to drop you even deeper into your practice.

Breathwork

Explore structured breathing techniques to reset your nervous system, improve focus, and elevate energy. This session guides you through intentional breath patterns to release tension and cultivate presence.

Flow & Breath

A flowing movement practice that moves gracefully from one posture to the next, designed to release tension and cultivate ease. The session concludes with guided breathwork to restore calm, focus, and connection.

Yin & Breathwork

Discover deep relaxation and inner harmony with our 75-minute Yin & Breathwork class. Immerse yourself in gentle Yin Yoga poses followed by transformative Pranayama breathwork. This session fosters relaxation, releases tension, and cultivates mental clarity. 

Yin & Sound

A meditative Yin Yoga experience paired with sound healing. Extended holds and restorative poses are complemented by resonant sound frequencies to soothe the nervous system and deepen your practice.

Reformer Open

Open to all levels, with 8 reformer beds ensuring an intimate experience and 1:1 support as needed. Whether you’re new and finding your way or experienced, these classes are designed with everyone in mind and can be truly tailored to where you are in your practice.
